TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CRADOX platform ("the Service"), operated by Cradox, UAB ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CRADOX provides a SaaS platform for generating, managing, and registering EU Digital Product Passports in compliance with the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and related EU frameworks.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading product data to the EU registry.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.
• Reverse engineer or redistribute the platform without authorisation.

5. Pricing & Payment

The free plan includes up to 100 products. Paid plans are billed per passport registered. Enterprise pricing is available on request. Fees are non-refundable once a passport has been submitted to the EU Central Registry.

6. Regulatory Accuracy

While CRADOX assists with compliance workflows, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the product data you submit. We do not guarantee regulatory approval and are not a substitute for legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content are the property of Cradox, UAB. Digital Product Passports generated through the Service remain the property of the submitting company, subject to EU registry requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cradox, UAB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
